At low to moderate speeds the “generation one” enclosed chamber is a useful tool particularly in solvent based applications.

DPS offers its own generation one design called the G1^TM. Those converters who run at relatively low press speeds (less than 300 fpm (90mpm) or those whom are not experiencing print metering defects such as ghosting, color shift, or short doctor blade/seal life or excessive chamber leakage may want to consider this chamber design approach as it is the least capital intensive approach.

The G1^TM is a very competitive single cavity replacement chamber with full system scalability. We GUARANTEE in writing that our single zone G1^TM will perform as well as ANY other single zone cavity system on the market including OEM’s.
